第八十七条
A person who, at the time of the enforcement of this Act, is a member of any one investor protection fund is deemed, on the effective date, to have joined as a member of a person who is deemed to have received authorization pursuant to the provisions of Article 89 of the Supplementary Provisions (hereinafter referred to as a "deemed authorized fund"). In this case, the provisions of Article 79-27 of the New Financial Instruments and Exchange Act do not apply.
この法律の施行の際現にいずれか一の投資者保護基金にその会員として加入している者は、施行日において附則第八十九条の規定により認可を受けたものとみなされる者（以下「みなし認可基金」という。）の会員として加入したものとみなす。この場合において、新金融商品取引法第七十九条の二十七の規定は、適用しない。
(Obligation to Join a Fund)
A financial instruments business operator (excluding one that is specified by Cabinet Order) must join any single fund, as a member.
