第四十四条
A disposition made before the effective date pursuant to the provisions of Article 56-2, paragraphs (1) through (3) of the Former Securities and Exchange Act is deemed to be a disposition made pursuant to the provisions of Article 53, paragraphs (1) through (3) of the New Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, respectively.
