Supplementary Provisions, Article 153
第百五十三条
The provisions of Article 48-2, paragraphs (1) and (3) of the New Financial Instruments and Exchange Act apply to the business report under paragraph (1) of that Article for a business year that ends on or after the effective date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern for a business year that ended before the effective date.
