Supplementary Provisions, Article 151
第百五十一条
The provisions of Article 47-2 of the New Financial Instruments and Exchange Act apply to the business report under that Article for a business year ending on or after the effective date, and with regard to business years that ended before the effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
