第百三十六条
A person who has been ordered to be dismissed pursuant to the provisions of Article 156-14, paragraph (3) of the Former Securities and Exchange Act is deemed to have been ordered to be dismissed pursuant to the provisions of Article 156-14, paragraph (3) of the New Financial Instruments and Exchange Act on the day on which the person received that disposition.
旧証券取引法第百五十六条の十四第三項の規定により解任を命ぜられた者は、その処分を受けた日において、新金融商品取引法第百五十六条の十四第三項の規定により解任を命ぜられたものとみなす。
A person whose license has been rescinded, or who has been ordered to be dismissed, pursuant to the provisions of Article 156-17, paragraph (1) or (2) of the Former Securities and Exchange Act is deemed to have had the license rescinded, or to have been ordered to be dismissed, pursuant to the provisions of Article 156-17, paragraph (1) or (2) of the New Financial Instruments and Exchange Act on the day on which the person received that disposition.
旧証券取引法第百五十六条の十七第一項又は第二項の規定により免許を取り消され、又は解任を命ぜられた者は、その処分を受けた日において、新金融商品取引法第百五十六条の十七第一項又は第二項の規定により免許を取り消され、又は解任を命ぜられたものとみなす。
