第十九条
An approval referred to in the proviso to Article 50-2 of the Former Securities and Exchange Act that was given before the effective date is deemed to be an approval referred to in the proviso to Article 45 of the New Securities and Exchange Act.
施行日前にされた旧証券取引法第五十条の二ただし書の承認は、新証券取引法第四十五条ただし書の承認とみなす。
