If a certified organization falls under any of the following items, the Prime Minister may rescind its certification:

it comes to fall under Article 79-8, item (i) or (iii);
第七十九条の八第一号又は第三号に該当するに至つたとき。
it no longer conforms to any of the items of Article 79-9;
第七十九条の九各号のいずれかに適合しなくなつたとき。
it fails to comply with an order under the provisions of the preceding Article; or
前条の規定による命令に従わないとき。
it has obtained Article 79-7, paragraph (1) certification by wrongful means.
