Sales representative are deemed to have the authority to perform any extra-judicial act in connection with the acts set forth in the items of Article 64, paragraph (1) on behalf of the financial instruments business operator, etc. to which the sales representative belongs.
The provisions of the preceding paragraph do not apply if the other party has acted in bad faith.
