Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date, etc.
第一条（施行期日等）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2004; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 39, and Article 4, Articles 12 through 14, and Article 33 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on October 1, 2003.
この法律は、平成十六年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第三十九条、附則第四条、附則第十二条から第十四条まで及び附則第三十三条の規定は、平成十五年十月一日から施行する。

第三十三条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in Article 3, Article 4, Articles 6 through 20, Articles 22 through 24, and Article 27 of the Supplementary Provisions, the transitional measures necessary in connection with the establishment of the Agency, and any other transitional measures necessary in connection with the enforcement of this Act, are specified by Cabinet Order.
附則第三条、附則第四条、附則第六条から第二十条まで、附則第二十二条から第二十四条まで及び附則第二十七条に定めるもののほか、機構の設立に伴い必要な経過措置その他この法律の施行に関し必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
