Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on October 1, 2008.
この法律は、平成二十年十月一日から施行する。

第二十条（調整規定）
When the date on which this Act comes into effect is before the date on which the Act to Partially Amend the Act on Architects and Building Engineers, etc. (Act No. 114 of 2006) comes into effect, the term "the provisions of row 104 to row 106 of Appended Table 1" in the preceding Article is deemed to be replaced with "row 104, row 105 and row 107 of Appended Table 1".
この法律の施行の日が建築士法等の一部を改正する法律（平成十八年法律第百十四号）の施行の日前である場合には、前条中「別表第一の百四の項から百六の項までの規定」とあるのは、「別表第一の百四の項、百五の項及び百七の項」とする。
