This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding 2 years from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.

During the period from the date on which the provisions listed in Article 1, item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect until the day before the effective date, the term "or the registration under Article 131-6, paragraph (1) of that Act, the renewal of registration under Article 131-8, paragraph (1) of that Act, the notification under Article 131-10, paragraph (1) of that Act, or the cancellation of registration under Article 131-13, paragraph (1) of that Act" in row 118 of Appended Table 1 of the Residential Basic Book Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article is deemed to be replaced with "or the registration under Article 3, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Civil Aeronautics Act and the Act on Prohibition of Flight of Small Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, etc. in the Airspace above the Surrounding Area of Important Facilities to Prevent Harm Caused by the Flight of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, etc. (Act No. 61 of 2020)".
