Supplementary Provisions
附 則
This Act comes into effect as of the day on which three months have elapsed from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect as of the date specified in the respective items.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して三月を経過した日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

The provisions of Article 2 (excluding the amending provisions listed in the preceding item), the provisions of Article 3 (limited to the amending provisions of the item for row 108 of Appended Table 1 of the Residential Basic Book Act, the amending provisions of Appended Table 3 of that Act (limited to the part deleting row 25 of that Table, renumbering row 24 as row 25, and renumbering row 23-3 as row 24), and the amending provisions of Appended Table 5 of that Act (limited to the part deleting item (xxx) of that Table, renumbering item (xxix) as item (xxx), and renumbering item (xxviii-3) as item (xxix))), and the provisions of Article 8: December 1, 2025.
第二条（前号に掲げる改正規定を除く。）、第三条（住民基本台帳法別表第一の百八の項の改正規定、同法別表第三の改正規定（同表中二十五の項を削り、二十四の項を二十五の項とし、二十三の三の項を二十四の項とする部分に限る。）及び同法別表第五の改正規定（同表中第三十号を削り、第二十九号を第三十号とし、第二十八号の三を第二十九号とする部分に限る。）に限る。）及び第八条の規定 令和七年十二月一日
