三The provisions of Article 2, and of Article 4, Article 7, paragraphs (1) and (2), Article 8 (excluding paragraph (1) and paragraph (7)), Article 14, Article 17, paragraphs (3) and (4), Article 18 through Article 20, and Article 26 of the Supplementary Provisions, and the provisions in Article 32 of the Supplementary Provisions revising Appended Table 1 of the Residential Basic Book Act (Act No. 81 of 1967) (limited to the part adding "the approval under Article 96-19, paragraph (1), the notification under paragraph (3) of that Article (including the cases where it is applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 96-25, paragraph (4) and Article 96-31, paragraph (4) of that Act), the approval under Article 96-25, paragraph (1) or the proviso to paragraph (3) of that Act, the notification under Article 96-28, paragraph (3) or Article 96-29 of that Act, and Article 96-31, paragraph (1) of that Act," after "the notification under Article 85, paragraph (1), that Act," in row 80 of that table), and the provisions of Article 42 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year from the date of promulgation.
