Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year and six months from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect as of the date specified in the relevant item.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年六月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

The provisions of Article 3 amending Article 156-63 through Article 156-66 of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, the provisions amending Article 156-74, paragraph (1), item (i) of that Act, the provisions amending Article 156-75 of that Act, the provisions amending Article 198-6 of that Act, and the provisions amending Article 208, item (xxvi)-2 of that Act, and the provisions of Article 14, and the provisions of Article 3 through Article 16 of the Supplementary Provisions, Article 20 of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to the provisions amending item (xlix) of Appended Table 1 of the Registration and License Tax Act (Act No. 35 of 1967)), Article 21 of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to the provisions amending row 12 of Appended Table 1 of the Residential Basic Book Act (Act No. 81 of 1967)), Article 25 of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to the provisions amending Article 4, paragraph (1), item (iii), sub-item (na) of the Act for Establishment of the Financial Services Agency (Act No. 130 of 1998)), and Article 26 of the Supplementary Provisions: The date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year from the date of promulgation
第三条中金融商品取引法第百五十六条の六十三から第百五十六条の六十六までの改正規定、同法第百五十六条の七十四第一項第一号の改正規定、同法第百五十六条の七十五の改正規定、同法第百九十八条の六の改正規定及び同法第二百八条第二十六号の二の改正規定並びに第十四条の規定並びに附則第三条から第十六条まで、第二十条（登録免許税法（昭和四十二年法律第三十五号）別表第一第四十九号の改正規定に限る。）、第二十一条（住民基本台帳法（昭和四十二年法律第八十一号）別表第一の十二の項の改正規定に限る。）、第二十五条（金融庁設置法（平成十年法律第百三十号）第四条第一項第三号ナの改正規定に限る。）及び第二十六条の規定 公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日
Supplementary Provisions, Article 26Transitional Measures Concerning Penal Provisions
第二十六条（罰則に関する経過措置）
With regard to the application of penal provisions to an act committed before the provisions listed in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect, and to an act committed after the provisions listed in that item come into effect in the cases where the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the Supplementary Provisions of this Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
Supplementary Provisions, Article 27Delegation to Cabinet Order
第二十七条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, transitional measures necessary for the enforcement of this Act (including transitional measures concerning penal provisions) are specified by Cabinet Order.
この附則に規定するもののほか、この法律の施行に関し必要な経過措置（罰則に関する経過措置を含む。）は、政令で定める。
