Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2019; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on the date of promulgation of the Act Partially Amending the Wholesale Market Act and the Act on the Promotion of Improvement of Food Distribution Structure (Act No. 62 of 2018) or the date on which this Act comes into effect, whichever is later.
この法律は、平成三十一年四月一日から施行する。ただし、附則第四条の規定は、卸売市場法及び食品流通構造改善促進法の一部を改正する法律（平成三十年法律第六十二号）の公布の日又はこの法律の施行の日のいずれか遅い日から施行する。
