Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of Articles 6 through 9 and Articles 11 through 34 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on March 1, 2004.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、附則第六条から第九条まで及び第十一条から第三十四条までの規定については、平成十六年三月一日から施行する。
