Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2025; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この法律は、令和七年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

The provisions of Article 1 (limited to the provisions revising Article 17-2, paragraph (1) and Article 19-2 of the Maternal and Child Health Act), Article 6 and Article 9, and the provisions of Article 6, Article 7, Article 10 (limited to the provisions revising row 5-12 of Appended Table II of the Residential Basic Book Act (Act No. 81 of 1967) (limited to the part adding ", the implementation of the postpartum care project under Article 17-2, paragraph (1) of that Act" after "issuance") and the provisions revising row 4-12 of Appended Table IV of that Act) and Article 14 of the Supplementary Provisions: the day on which three months have elapsed from the date of promulgation.
