附 則
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on October 1, 2011; provided, however, that the provisions of the following Article, Article 3, paragraphs (1) through (4) of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions adding one paragraph after row 71 of Appended Table 1 of the Residential Basic Book Act (Act No. 81 of 1967) in Article 8 of the Supplementary Provisions, and the provisions of Articles 9 and 14 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on the date of promulgation.
Supplementary Provisions, Article 9Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment to the Residential Basic Book Act
第九条（住民基本台帳法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
During the period from the date of promulgation of this Act until the day before the Effective Date, the term "Japan Organization for Employment of the Elderly, Persons with Disabilities and Job Seekers" in row 71-2 of Appended Table 1 of the Residential Basic Book Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article is deemed to be replaced with "Employment and Human Resources Development Organization of Japan", and the term "the accreditation under Article 4, paragraph (1)" is deemed to be replaced with "the equivalent accreditation under Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions".
この法律の公布の日から施行日の前日までの間においては、前条の規定による改正後の住民基本台帳法別表第一の七十一の二の項中「独立行政法人高齢・障害・求職者雇用支援機構」とあるのは「独立行政法人雇用・能力開発機構」と、「第四条第一項の認定」とあるのは「附則第三条第一項の相当認定」とする。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 14Delegation to Cabinet Order
第十四条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, transitional measures necessary incidental to the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
この附則に規定するもののほか、この法律の施行に伴い必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
