Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of April 1, 2016.
この法律は、平成二十八年四月一日から施行する。

第二十六条（調整規定）
If the effective date is before the date on which the provisions listed in item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on Arrangement of Relevant Acts Incidental to Enforcement of the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures (Act No. 28 of 2013) come into effect, the provisions of the preceding Article (limited to the amending provisions of the item for row 64 of Appended Table 1 of the Residential Basic Book Act) do not apply.
施行日が行政手続における特定の個人を識別するための番号の利用等に関する法律の施行に伴う関係法律の整備等に関する法律（平成二十五年法律第二十八号）附則第三号に掲げる規定の施行の日前である場合には、前条（住民基本台帳法別表第一の六十四の項の改正規定に限る。）の規定は、適用しない。
In the case referred to in the preceding paragraph, the term "Japan Labour Health and Welfare Organization" in the amending provisions of the item for row 64 of Appended Table 1 of the Residential Basic Book Act, among the provisions of Article 19 of the Act on Arrangement of Relevant Acts Incidental to Enforcement of the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures, is deemed to be replaced with "Japan Organization of Occupational Health and Safety".
前項の場合において、行政手続における特定の個人を識別するための番号の利用等に関する法律の施行に伴う関係法律の整備等に関する法律第十九条のうち住民基本台帳法別表第一の六十四の項の改正規定中「独立行政法人労働者健康福祉機構」とあるのは、「独立行政法人労働者健康安全機構」とする。
