Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one month from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of the following Article come into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次条の規定は、公布の日から施行する。

第二条（政令への委任）
The transitional measures necessary in connection with the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
この法律の施行に関し必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Coordination Provisions Accompanying the Partial Amendment to the Act Partially Amending the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures
第四条（個人情報の保護に関する法律及び行政手続における特定の個人を識別するための番号の利用等に関する法律の一部を改正する法律の一部改正に伴う調整規定）
Where the date on which this Act comes into effect is on or after the date on which the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (v) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures (Act No. 65 of 2015) come into effect, the term "Article 41-3, paragraph (1)" in the provisions adding one Article after Article 26 in Chapter IV of the Act on the Japan Agency for Local Authority Information Systems, among the provisions of Article 1, is deemed to be replaced with "Article 38-3, paragraph (1)".
この法律の施行の日が個人情報の保護に関する法律及び行政手続における特定の個人を識別するための番号の利用等に関する法律の一部を改正する法律（平成二十七年法律第六十五号）附則第一条第五号に掲げる規定の施行の日以後である場合には、第一条のうち地方公共団体情報システム機構法第四章中第二十六条の次に一条を加える改正規定中「第四十一条の三第一項」とあるのは、「第三十八条の三第一項」とする。
In the case referred to in paragraph (1), the term "Article 41-2, paragraph (1)" in the provisions revising Article 30-15, paragraph (4) of the Residential Basic Book Act, among the provisions of Article 3, is deemed to be replaced with "Article 38-2, paragraph (1)".
第一項の場合において、第三条のうち住民基本台帳法第三十条の十五第四項の改正規定中「第四十一条の二第一項」とあるのは、「第三十八条の二第一項」とする。
In the cases referred to in the preceding three paragraphs, the provisions of the preceding Article do not apply.
前三項の場合において、前条の規定は、適用しない。
