Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding six months from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provision adding paragraph (7) to Article 74-2 of the Road Traffic Act, the provisions amending Articles 97 through 99 of the Road Traffic Act, the provision adding one Article after Article 101-2 of the Road Traffic Act, the provision making Article 108 of the Road Traffic Act into Article 108-3 and adding two Articles before that Article (limited to the portions pertaining to Article 108-2, paragraph (1), items (i), (iii) and (iv) of the Road Traffic Act), and the provision amending Article 112 of the Road Traffic Act come into effect on April 1, 1972.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して六月をこえない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、第七十四条の二に第七項を加える改正規定、第九十七条から第九十九条までの改正規定、第百一条の二の次に一条を加える改正規定、第百八条を第百八条の三とし、同条の前に二条を加える改正規定（第百八条の二第一項第一号、第三号及び第四号に係る部分に限る。）及び第百十二条の改正規定は、昭和四十七年四月一日から施行する。
