Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
Article 1 and the Supplementary Provisions of this Act come into force on the date after the final day in the three-month period following its promulgation; and Article 2 comes into force on the date after the final day in the three-year period following that date.
この法律中第一条及び附則の規定は公布の日から起算して三月を経過した日から、第二条の規定は同日から三年を経過した日から施行する。
