Supplementary Provisions, Article 8Transitional Measures Concerning Revision of the Amount of the Supplementing Allowance for Disability Pension Recipients

In the case of a person receiving the supplementing allowance for disability pension recipients under the Act on the Payment of Supplementing Allowance for Pensioners (Act No. 102 of 2012) (limited to a person who falls under the state of disability of grade 2 prescribed in the Appended Table of the Former National Pension Order) whose amount of the disability basic pension has been revised because the degree of disability has come to fall under the state of disability of grade 1 prescribed in the Appended Table of the New National Pension Order as a result of the enforcement of this Cabinet Order, the revision of the amount of the supplementing allowance for disability pension recipients is to be made from the month following the month that includes the day on which the amount of that disability basic pension was revised.
