Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act
第三条（国民年金法施行令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 4-3 of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2 apply to a decision on the right to receive benefits under the National Pension Act (Act No. 141 of 1959) or a revision of the amount of benefits that is made based on a cause arising on or after the Effective Date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern a decision on the right to receive benefits under that Act or a revision of the amount of benefits that is made based on a cause arising before the Effective Date.
第二条の規定による改正後の国民年金法施行令第四条の三の規定は、施行日以後に生じた事由に基づいて行う国民年金法（昭和三十四年法律第百四十一号）による給付を受ける権利の裁定又は給付の額の改定について適用し、施行日前に生じた事由に基づいて行う同法による給付を受ける権利の裁定又は給付の額の改定については、なお従前の例による。
