附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on February 1, 1988.
この政令は、昭和六十三年二月一日から施行する。
The provisions then in force continue to govern the administrative work relating to the decision on the right to receive the benefits listed in Article 1, item (ii), (a) or (d) of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended (excluding the benefits listed in Article 2, item (iii), (a) or (c) of that Order) (limited to those for which the claim was made before the enforcement of this Cabinet Order), and the administrative work relating to the preparation of certificates concerning those benefits accompanying that decision.
改正後の国民年金法施行令第一条第二号イ又はニに掲げる給付（同令第二条第三号イ又はハに掲げる給付を除く。）を受ける権利の裁定（その請求がこの政令の施行前に行われたものに限る。）に関する事務及び当該裁定に伴う当該給付に関する証書の作成に関する事務については、なお従前の例による。
