This Cabinet Order comes into effect on May 1, 1976.
この政令は、昭和五十一年五月一日から施行する。
The provisions then in force continue to govern the suspension of payment of the disability welfare pension, mother-and-child welfare pension, quasi-mother-and-child welfare pension and old-age welfare pension (including old-age special benefits) for the months on or before April 1976.
昭和五十一年四月以前の月分の障害福祉年金、母子福祉年金、準母子福祉年金及び老齢福祉年金（老齢特別給付金を含む。）の支給の停止については、なお従前の例による。
