附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of promulgation, and the provisions of Article 5-2 of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended by this Cabinet Order apply from October 1, 1975.
この政令は、公布の日から施行し、改正後の第五条の二の規定は、昭和五十年十月一日から適用する。
The provisions then in force continue to govern the suspension of payment of the disability welfare pension, mother-and-child welfare pension, quasi-mother-and-child welfare pension and old-age welfare pension (including old-age special benefits) for the months on or before September 1975.
昭和五十年九月以前の月分の障害福祉年金、母子福祉年金、準母子福祉年金及び老齢福祉年金（老齢特別給付金を含む。）の支給の停止については、なお従前の例による。
