附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 2, item (ii), Article 5-2 and Article 5-3, paragraph (2) of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act, and the provisions of the following paragraph, come into effect on October 1, 1973.
この政令は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第二条第二号、第五条の二及び第五条の三第二項の改正規定並びに次項の規定は、昭和四十八年十月一日から施行する。
The provisions then in force continue to govern the suspension of payment of the disability welfare pension, mother-and-child welfare pension, quasi-mother-and-child welfare pension and old-age welfare pension for the months on or before September 1973.
昭和四十八年九月以前の月分の障害福祉年金、母子福祉年金、準母子福祉年金及び老齢福祉年金の支給の停止については、なお従前の例による。
