附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the amending provision for Article 2, item (ii), the amending provision that adds one item after item (v) of that Article, the amending provision for Article 3, and the amending provision for Article 4 come into effect on July 1, 1970, and the amending provision that adds one item after Article 2, item (iv) and the amending provision that redesignates Article 6-4 as Article 6-5 and adds one Article after Article 6-3 come into effect on October 1 of that year.
この政令は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第二条第二号の改正規定、同条第五号の次に一号を加える改正規定、第三条の改正規定及び第四条の改正規定は昭和四十五年七月一日から、第二条第四号の次に一号を加える改正規定及び第六条の四を第六条の五とし、第六条の三の次に一条を加える改正規定は同年十月一日から施行する。
The provisions of Articles 5-3 and 6-2 as amended by this Cabinet Order apply to the suspension of payment of disability welfare pensions, mother-and-child welfare pensions, quasi-mother-and-child welfare pensions and old-age welfare pensions based on income for 1969 and subsequent years, and with regard to the suspension of payment based on income for 1968 and earlier years, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この政令による改正後の第五条の三及び第六条の二の規定は、昭和四十四年以降の年の所得による障害福祉年金、母子福祉年金、準母子福祉年金及び老齢福祉年金の支給の停止について適用し、昭和四十三年以前の年の所得による支給の停止については、なお従前の例による。
