附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of promulgation, and the provisions of Article 6-2 as amended by this Cabinet Order apply from April 1, 1961.
この政令は、公布の日から施行し、この政令による改正後の第六条の二の規定は、昭和三十六年四月一日から適用する。
With regard to the amount to be refunded under the provisions of Article 9, paragraph (1) for the unexpired period for which premiums were paid in advance by National Pension stamps before this Cabinet Order comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この政令の施行前に国民年金印紙によつて保険料が前納された未経過期間に係る第九条第一項の規定による還付額については、なお従前の例による。
