Article 6-5Benefits, etc. Specified by Cabinet Order under Article 89, Paragraph (1), Item (i) of the Act

一A disability employees' pension under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, or, among mutual aid pensions before the 2012 unification, a disability mutual aid pension, or a disability mutual aid pension under the provisions of Article 41, paragraph (1) or Article 65, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2012 Pension Unification Act (limited to one paid to a person whose degree of disability falls under the state of disability provided for in Article 4-6);

二Among transitional agricultural, forestry and fishery mutual aid pensions, a disability mutual aid pension (referred to as the "transitional disability mutual aid pension" in paragraph (2), item (i), (c)) whose degree of disability falls under the state of disability provided for in Article 4-6;

三A disability pension under the former Act;

四A disability pension under the former Employees' Pension Insurance Act;

五A disability pension under the former Mariners Insurance Act;

六A disability pension paid by a mutual aid association or the Promotion and Mutual Aid Corporation for Private Schools of Japan (including one that is to be paid by the government as the implementer of Employees' Pension Insurance pursuant to the provisions of Article 16, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1996 Amendment Act or Article 16, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2001 Integration Act);

七Among benefits that are pensions under the Public Officers Pension Act (including where applied mutatis mutandis in other Acts), those whose ground for payment is disability;

八Among benefits that are pensions under a Prefectural or Municipal Ordinance concerning retirement pensions of local public officers, those whose ground for payment is disability;

九Among benefits that are pensions under the provisions of Article 13 of the Supplementary Provisions of the former Court Enforcement Officer Act, those whose ground for payment is disability;

十Among benefits that are pensions paid by the Federation of National Public Service Personnel Mutual Aid Associations under the Act on Special Measures concerning Beneficiaries of Pension of Mutual Aid Association Established under Former Ordinances, those whose ground for payment is disability;

十一The official duty injury and illness pension under Article 11, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Diet Members' Mutual Aid Pension Abolition Act and the official duty injury and illness pension under Article 10, paragraph (1) of the former Diet members' mutual aid pension law;

十二The former official duty injury and illness pension under Article 8 of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2011 Local Public Officers Mutual Aid Amendment Act and the special official duty injury and illness pension under Article 17, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2011 Local Public Officers Mutual Aid Amendment Act, paid by a surviving mutual aid society;

十三A disability pension under the War Victims Relief Act.

一A person entitled to receive any of the following benefits for whom three years have passed, counting from the day on which the person last ceased to be in a state of disability falling under the disability grade prescribed in Article 47, paragraph (2) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act (hereinafter in this item referred to as "state of disability"), without falling under a state of disability (limited to a person who is not currently in a state of disability):

イDisability basic pension;

ロA disability employees' pension under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, or, among mutual aid pensions before the 2012 unification, a disability mutual aid pension, or a disability mutual aid pension under the provisions of Article 41, paragraph (1) or Article 65, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2012 Pension Unification Act;

ハTransitional disability mutual aid pension;

二A person entitled to receive a disability pension under the former Act for whom three years have passed, counting from the day on which the person last ceased to be in a state of disability of the degree provided in the Appended Table of the former Act (hereinafter in this item referred to as "state of disability"), without falling under a state of disability (limited to a person who is not currently in a state of disability);

三A person entitled to receive a disability pension under the former Employees' Pension Insurance Act for whom three years have passed, counting from the day on which the person last ceased to be in a state of disability of the degree provided in Appended Table 1 of the former Employees' Pension Insurance Act (hereinafter in this item referred to as "state of disability"), without falling under a state of disability (limited to a person who is not currently in a state of disability);

四A person entitled to receive a disability pension under the former Mariners Insurance Act for whom three years have passed, counting from the day on which the person last ceased to be in a state of disability of the degree for receiving that disability pension (hereinafter in this item referred to as "state of disability"), without falling under a state of disability (limited to a person who is not currently in a state of disability);

五A person entitled to receive a disability pension paid by a National Public Servants Mutual Aid Association (including one that is to be paid by the government as the implementer of Employees' Pension Insurance pursuant to the provisions of Article 16, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1996 Amendment Act) for whom three years have passed, counting from the day on which the person last ceased to be in a state of disability of the degree listed in the upper column of Appended Table 3 of the pre-1985 National Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act (hereinafter in this item referred to as "state of disability"), without falling under a state of disability (limited to a person who is not currently in a state of disability);

六A person entitled to receive a disability pension paid by a local public officers, etc. mutual aid association (excluding a disability pension under the mutual aid act prescribed in Article 2, item (xvi) of the former Local Enforcement Act, paid pursuant to the provisions of Article 3 of the former Local Enforcement Act) for whom three years have passed, counting from the day on which the person last ceased to be in a state of disability of the degree listed in the upper column of Appended Table 3 of the former Local Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act (hereinafter in this item referred to as "state of disability"), without falling under a state of disability (limited to a person who is not currently in a state of disability);

七A person entitled to receive a disability pension paid by the Promotion and Mutual Aid Corporation for Private Schools of Japan for whom three years have passed, counting from the day on which the person last ceased to be in a state of disability of the degree listed in the upper column of Appended Table 3 of the pre-1985 National Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act as applied mutatis mutandis in Article 25, paragraph (1) of the pre-1985 Private School Personnel Mutual Aid Association Act (hereinafter in this item referred to as "state of disability"), without falling under a state of disability (limited to a person who is not currently in a state of disability);

八A person entitled to receive a disability pension among transitional agricultural, forestry and fishery pensions for whom three years have passed, counting from the day on which the person last ceased to be in a state of disability of the degree listed in the upper column of Appended Table 2 of the old-system agricultural, forestry and fishery mutual aid law (hereinafter in this item referred to as "state of disability"), without falling under a state of disability (limited to a person who is not currently in a state of disability).
