In addition to what is provided for in Article 14-22, procedures for the requests under Article 9-4-9, paragraph (1), Article 9-4-10, paragraph (1) and Article 9-4-11, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act and other matters necessary for the application of the provisions of Article 9-4-9 (excluding paragraph (10)), Article 9-4-10 (excluding paragraph (8)) and Article 9-4-11 (excluding paragraph (8)) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act are specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
第十四条の二十二に定めるもののほか、法附則第九条の四の九第一項、第九条の四の十第一項及び第九条の四の十一第一項の申出の手続その他法附則第九条の四の九（第十項を除く。）、第九条の四の十（第八項を除く。）及び第九条の四の十一（第八項を除く。）の規定の適用に関し必要な事項は、厚生労働省令で定める。
