Article 14-24Amount Specified by Cabinet Order under Article 9-4-9, Paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act

The amount specified by Cabinet Order prescribed in Article 9-4-9, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act is, for each month of the applicable period prescribed in paragraph (1) of that Article in connection with the approval under paragraph (2) of that Article, an amount equivalent to the amount that would be payable if the premiums listed in the items of the preceding Article were to be paid in the absence of a specified reason (meaning the specified reason prescribed in Article 9-4-7, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act; the same applies in the following Article).
