Article 14-11-2Scope of Old-Age Benefits, etc. under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act for Specified Recipients
第十四条の十一の二（特定受給者に係る厚生年金保険法に基づく老齢給付等の範囲）
In applying the provisions of Article 9-4-4 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act to a specified recipient (meaning the specified recipient prescribed in Article 9-4-4 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act; the same applies in the following Article), the old-age benefits, etc. under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act (meaning the old-age benefits, etc. under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act prescribed in that Article; the same applies in the following Article) are to include the occupational additional amounts under the pre-amendment National Public Officers Mutual Aid Association Act prescribed in Article 36, paragraph (5) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2012 Pension Unification Act for which the ground for benefit is retirement, the occupational additional amounts under the pre-amendment Local Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act prescribed in Article 60, paragraph (5) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2012 Pension Unification Act for which the ground for benefit is retirement, and the benefits prescribed in Article 78, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2012 Pension Unification Act for which the ground for benefit is retirement.
