Article 11-10Circumstances Specified by Cabinet Order under Article 109-5, Paragraph (1) of the Act

一the person liable for payment is in arrears with premiums for the number of months specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare or more;

二there is a risk that the person liable for payment is concealing their property in order to evade the execution of dispositions for arrears and other dispositions prescribed in Article 109-5, paragraph (1) of the Act (hereinafter referred to as "dispositions for arrears and other dispositions");

三the income of the person liable for payment for the previous year (for the period from January to the month specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, the income for the year before the previous year) is the amount specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare or more; and

四despite having been subjected to dispositions for arrears and other dispositions, the person liable for payment is not found to have a sincere intention to pay the premiums in arrears and other amounts to be collected under the provisions of the Act (excluding Chapter X; the same applies in Article 11-13).
