第五条
With respect to a motor vehicle inspection certificate that was issued or returned before the item (vi) Effective Date pursuant to the provisions of Article 60, paragraph (1), Article 62, paragraph (2) (including the case where it is applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 63, paragraph (3) and Article 67, paragraph (4) of that Act) or Article 71, paragraph (4) of the Road Transport Vehicle Act before amendment by the provisions of Article 4 (hereinafter referred to as the "item (vi) Former Act"), or pursuant to the provisions of Article 22-2, paragraph (3) of the Comprehensive Special Zones Act before amendment by the provisions of Article 22 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions then in force continue to govern on and after the item (vi) Effective Date as well, notwithstanding Article 58, paragraphs (2) and (3) of the item (vi) New Act.
第六号施行日前に第四条の規定による改正前の道路運送車両法（以下「第六号旧法」という。）第六十条第一項、第六十二条第二項（第六号旧法第六十三条第三項及び第六十七条第四項において準用する場合を含む。）若しくは第七十一条第四項の規定又は附則第二十二条の規定による改正前の総合特別区域法第二十二条の二第三項の規定により交付され、又は返付された自動車検査証については、第六号施行日以後も、第六号新法第五十八条第二項及び第三項の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
