Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding two years and six months from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して二年六月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions amending Article 1 (limited to the part adding "and other conservation of the environment" below "prevention of pollution" and the part replacing the kana spelling of "also" with its kanji spelling), the provisions amending Articles 40 through 42, Article 44 and Article 46, the provisions adding one paragraph to Article 63-2 (excluding the part pertaining to device manufacturers, etc.), the provisions amending Article 75, Article 75-2, Article 76-2, Article 76-23, Article 97-2, Article 97-4 and Article 104, the provisions amending Article 106-2, the provisions renumbering that Article as Article 106-3, the provisions adding one Article after Article 106 (excluding the part pertaining to a person who fails to submit a notification under Article 63-3, paragraph (2) or who submits a false notification), the provisions amending Article 107, the provisions amending Article 108 (limited to the part replacing "any one of the items" with "any of the items" and "200,000 yen" with "300,000 yen"), the provisions amending Article 109 (limited to the part replacing "any one of the items" with "any of the items" and "300,000 yen" with "500,000 yen"), the provisions amending Article 110 (limited to the part replacing, in paragraph (1) of that Article, "any one of the items" with "any of the items" and "200,000 yen" with "300,000 yen", the part deleting ", Article 63-4, paragraph (1)" in item (iii) of that paragraph, and the part deleting "Article 63-4, paragraph (1) or" in item (viii) of that paragraph), the provisions amending Article 111, the provisions deleting Article 111-2, the provisions amending Article 112, paragraph (1) (limited to the part replacing "200,000 yen" with "300,000 yen"), the provisions amending paragraph (2) of that Article, the provisions of Article 12 of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to the part, in the provisions amending Article 32, paragraph (8) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Local Tax Act (Act No. 226 of 1950), adding "and other environmental conservation" below "pollution prevention"), and the provisions of Article 19 of the Supplementary Provisions: the day on which six months have elapsed from the date of promulgation
第一条の改正規定（「公害の防止」の下に「その他の環境の保全」を加える部分及び「あわせて」を「併せて」に改める部分に限る。）、第四十条から第四十二条まで、第四十四条及び第四十六条の改正規定、第六十三条の二に一項を加える改正規定（装置製作者等に係る部分を除く。）、第七十五条、第七十五条の二、第七十六条の二、第七十六条の二十三、第九十七条の二、第九十七条の四及び第百四条の改正規定、第百六条の二の改正規定、同条を第百六条の三とする改正規定、第百六条の次に一条を加える改正規定（第六十三条の三第二項の規定による届出をせず、又は虚偽の届出をした者に係る部分を除く。）、第百七条の改正規定、第百八条の改正規定（「各号の一」を「各号のいずれか」に、「二十万円」を「三十万円」に改める部分に限る。）、第百九条の改正規定（「各号の一」を「各号のいずれか」に、「三十万円」を「五十万円」に改める部分に限る。）、第百十条の改正規定（同条第一項中「各号の一」を「各号のいずれか」に、「二十万円」を「三十万円」に改める部分、同項第三号中「、第六十三条の四第一項」を削る部分及び同項第八号中「第六十三条の四第一項又は」を削る部分に限る。）、第百十一条の改正規定、第百十一条の二を削る改正規定、第百十二条第一項の改正規定（「二十万円」を「三十万円」に改める部分に限る。）、同条第二項の改正規定、附則第十二条の規定（地方税法（昭和二十五年法律第二百二十六号）附則第三十二条第八項の改正規定中「公害防止」の下に「その他の環境保全」を加える部分に限る。）並びに附則第十九条の規定 公布の日から起算して六月を経過した日
