第二条（経過措置）
The provisions of Article 15, paragraph (1), Article 16, paragraph (3), Article 69, paragraph (1) and Article 69-2, paragraph (1) (limited to the part pertaining to the dismantling of end-of-life automobiles) of the Road Transport Vehicle Act after the amendment by this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "New Act") apply to a motor vehicle delivered by its owner to a collector pursuant to the provisions of the Act on Recycling of End-of-Life Automobiles on or after the day this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), and with regard to a motor vehicle delivered before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
