第六条
A safety standards conformity certificate and a safety standards conformity mark issued pursuant to the provisions of Article 94-5, paragraph (1) of the Former Act that are in force at the time this Act comes into effect are deemed, only during their validity period, to be a safety standards conformity certificate and a safety standards conformity mark issued pursuant to the provisions of Article 94-5, paragraph (1) of the New Act; provided, however, that this does not apply to the application of the provisions of Article 7, paragraph (3) (limited to the part pertaining to item (iii)) and Article 94-5, paragraph (5) of the New Act.
旧法第九十四条の五第一項の規定により交付された保安基準適合証及び保安基準適合標章でこの法律の施行の際現に効力を有するものは、その有効期間中に限り、新法第九十四条の五第一項の規定により交付された保安基準適合証及び保安基準適合標章とみなす。ただし、新法第七条第三項（第三号に係る部分に限る。）及び第九十四条の五第五項の規定の適用については、この限りでない。
