第五条
With regard to a disposition of suspension of business or revocation of certification under Article 93 of the New Act against a motor vehicle disassembly maintenance business operator that, at the time this Act (for the amending provisions prescribed in the proviso to Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions, each of those amending provisions; the same applies hereinafter in this Article and Articles 8 through 10 of the Supplementary Provisions) comes into effect, actually holds certification pursuant to the provisions of Article 78, paragraph (1) of the Former Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern as to grounds that arose before this Act comes into effect.
この法律（附則第一条ただし書に規定する改正規定については、当該各改正規定。以下この条及び附則第八条から第十条までにおいて同じ。）の施行の際現に旧法第七十八条第一項の規定により認証を受けている自動車分解整備事業者に対する新法第九十三条の規定による事業の停止の処分又は認証の取消しに関しては、この法律の施行前に生じた事由については、なお従前の例による。
