第九条
The provisions of Article 108, item (ii) of the New Act do not apply to a violation relating to a disposition under the provisions of Article 54, paragraph (2) of the Former Act (limited to a suspension of use) made before the Effective Date.
新法第百八条第二号の規定は、施行日前にされた旧法第五十四条第二項の規定による処分（使用の停止に限る。）に係る違反行為については、適用しない。
The provisions of Article 109, item (vi) or (x) of the New Act do not apply to a violation relating to an order under the provisions of Article 54, paragraph (1) or Article 92 of the Former Act issued before the Effective Date.
