第八条
The provisions of Article 91, paragraph (3) of the New Act apply to a disassembly maintenance record book relating to an inspection under Article 90 of the New Act conducted on or after the Effective Date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the retention period of a disassembly maintenance record book relating to an inspection under Article 90 of the Former Act conducted before the Effective Date.
新法第九十一条第三項の規定は、施行日以後にされた新法第九十条の検査に係る分解整備記録簿について適用し、施行日前にされた旧法第九十条の検査に係る分解整備記録簿の保存期間については、なお従前の例による。
