Supplementary Provisions, Article 7
第七条
The provisions of Article 81, paragraph (1) of the New Act apply to a change in the particulars listed in the items of that paragraph that occurs on or after the Effective Date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern a notification relating to a change in the particulars listed in the items of Article 81, paragraph (1) of the Former Act that occurred before the Effective Date.
新法第八十一条第一項の規定は、施行日以後に生じた同項各号に掲げる事項についての変更について適用し、施行日前に生じた旧法第八十一条第一項各号に掲げる事項についての変更に係る届出については、なお従前の例による。
