第二条（経過措置）
The provisions of Article 36-2, paragraph (7) of the Road Transport Vehicle Act after the amendment (hereinafter referred to as the "New Act") apply to the grounds listed in the items of that paragraph that arise on or after the Date of Promulgation of this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Date of Promulgation"), and with regard to dispositions relating to the grounds listed in the items of Article 36-2, paragraph (7) of the Road Transport Vehicle Act prior to the amendment (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Act") that arose before the Date of Promulgation, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
改正後の道路運送車両法（以下「新法」という。）第三十六条の二第七項の規定は、この法律の公布の日（以下「公布日」という。）以後に生じた同項各号に掲げる事由について適用し、公布日前に生じた改正前の道路運送車両法（以下「旧法」という。）第三十六条の二第七項各号に掲げる事由に係る処分については、なお従前の例による。
