Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions amending Articles 36-2, 55, 57, 102 and 103, and the provisions of the following Article and Articles 10 through 12 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、第三十六条の二、第五十五条、第五十七条、第百二条及び第百三条の改正規定並びに次条及び附則第十条から第十二条までの規定は、公布の日から施行する。
