第二条（行政庁の行為等に関する経過措置）
The provisions then in force continue to govern dispositions and other acts of administrative agencies made, before the date on which this Act (or, with regard to the provisions listed in the items of the preceding Article, those provisions; the same applies hereinafter in this Article and the following Article) comes into effect, pursuant to the provisions of Acts prior to their amendment by this Act or of orders based on them (limited to provisions prescribing disqualification clauses or other measures relating to restrictions on rights), and the effect of any loss of position arising under those provisions.
Effective Date
This Act comes into effect on the day on which three months have elapsed from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect as of the…
この法律は、公布の日から起算して三月を経過した日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
