Supplementary Provisions, Article 34Adjustment Provisions

If the date of enforcement of the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions is before the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, etc. (Act No. 86 of 2012), the provisions in Article 1 amending Article 79-49, paragraph (1) of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and the phrase "Article 79-49, paragraph (1)" in that item are deemed to be replaced with "Article 79-49".
