第九条（証券取引清算機関に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 156-11-2 of the New Securities and Exchange Act apply to cases concerning special liquidation involving a petition to commence special liquidation or an order to commence special liquidation made ex officio on or after the day on which that provision comes into effect, bankruptcy cases involving a petition to commence bankruptcy proceedings or an order to commence bankruptcy proceedings made ex officio on or after that day, rehabilitation cases involving a petition to commence rehabilitation proceedings on or after that day, cases concerning the arrangement of a company involving a petition to commence arrangement or an order to commence arrangement made ex officio on or after that day, and reorganization cases involving a petition to commence reorganization proceedings on or after that day, and with regard to cases concerning special liquidation involving a petition to commence special liquidation or an order to commence special liquidation made ex officio before that day, bankruptcy cases involving a petition for bankruptcy or a declaration of bankruptcy made ex officio before that day, rehabilitation cases involving a petition to commence rehabilitation proceedings before that day, cases concerning the arrangement of a company involving a petition to commence arrangement or an order to commence arrangement made ex officio before that day, and reorganization cases involving a petition to commence reorganization proceedings before that day, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
新証券取引法第百五十六条の十一の二の規定は、当該規定の施行の日以後の特別清算開始の申立て又は職権による特別清算開始の命令に係る特別清算に関する事件、同日以後の破産手続開始の申立て又は職権による破産手続開始の決定に係る破産事件、同日以後の再生手続開始の申立てに係る再生事件、同日以後の整理開始の申立て又は職権による整理開始の命令に係る会社の整理に関する事件及び同日以後の更生手続開始の申立てに係る更生事件について適用し、同日前の特別清算開始の申立て又は職権による特別清算開始の命令に係る特別清算に関する事件、同日前の破産の申立て又は職権による破産の宣告に係る破産事件、同日前の再生手続開始の申立てに係る再生事件、同日前の整理開始の申立て又は職権による整理開始の命令に係る会社の整理に関する事件及び同日前の更生手続開始の申立てに係る更生事件については、なお従前の例による。
