第三十一条
A disposition under Article 60, paragraph (1) of the Former Securities and Exchange Act that was made before the effective date is deemed to be a disposition under Article 60 of the New Securities and Exchange Act.
施行日前にされた旧証券取引法第六十条第一項の規定による処分は、新証券取引法第六十条の規定による処分とみなす。
