Supplementary Provisions, Article 12Transitional Measures Concerning the Application of Penal Provisions
第十二条（罰則の適用に関する経過措置）
The provisions then in force continue to govern the applicability of penal provisions to acts which a person has committed before the amended provisions of this Act come into effect, as well as to acts which a person commits after the amended provisions of this Act come into effect related to the particulars for which prior laws are to continue to govern pursuant to these Supplementary Provisions.
この法律の各改正規定の施行前にした行為及びこの附則の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされる事項に係るこの法律の各改正規定の施行後にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
